Maia fell into recruitment by accident 8 years ago and she has never looked back.
She has experience recruiting across a wide range of disciplines, predominantly in the technology and digital space, as well as in sales, marketing and people & culture.
Prior to Crescent Consulting, Maia worked predominantly with start-ups and scale-ups across Australia and NZ. She also spent several years in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for some of the world’s leading companies.
Her sound understanding of technical requirements and culture fit has enabled her to be highly successful with matching candidates to roles and organisations.
Maia will focus on finding outstanding talents for clients across ICT and Engineering, including contract, fixed term and permanent appointments.
In her spare time, you’ll find Maia around great food, wine and all things gastronomically fine. She loves recreating MasterChef creations and would never say no to a degustation menu.
