Prior to entering the recruitment industry she completed a Diploma of ICT to extend her technical knowledge and worked in Software Support, Application Training and Success Manager roles in the IT industry.
Tracy entered the recruitment industry in 2022 as Candidate Manager because she has always had a passion for working with people and seeing them achieve their career goals. Her ability to match client requirements with talents in the market has seen her quickly progress into a Recruitment Consultant role, focusing on permanent and contract roles.
